Cancellation and Refund Policy - Trips
Cancellations made 30 days or more before trips will receive a full refund minus a 10% cancellation fee. You may also choose to donate your registration fee to Wing Haven and receive a tax-deductible receipt. Refunds are processed within 5 business days. To request a refund, please contact us at events@winghavengardens.org, call 704.331.0664 x101.

Cancellations made less than deadlines stated are non-refundable unless your spot can be filled from a waitlist. If a cancellation occurs after the stated deadline but the space is filled from a waitlist, the registrant will receive a refund minus the 10% administrative fee.
