Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made 14 days or more before trips or camps and 7 days before events and programs will receive a full refund minus a 10% cancellation fee. You may also choose to donate your registration fee to Wing Haven and receive a tax-deductible receipt. Refunds are processed within 5 business days. To request a refund, please contact us at events@winghavengardens.org, call 704.331.0664 x101.

If Wing Haven cancels an event, we will notify you by email and offer options to reschedule, receive a full refund, or convert your payment to a donation. Cancellations made less than deadlines stated are non-refundable unless your spot can be filled from a waitlist. Please see specific exceptions noted in event or program descriptions.
