Cancellation & Refund Policy: Event registrant my cancel within 48 hours of event by calling 704.331.0664 to receive a full refund. Should Wing Haven need to cancel an event due to inclement weather determined by garden staff and for the safety of our guests we will work with you to reschedule your event or a full refund will be available with the exception of Girl Scout Badge Day, which takes place rain or shine.
