2026 Camp Registration launches Tuesday, January 13 at 10 a.m. for Wing Haven Family Household members and above. Camp opens Tuesday, January 20 for the general public. Become a member to receive early registration access.

Members will receive a code to access the registration page via email at 10 a.m.

Join us at this nature-filled, outdoor spring break camp for children ages 3-5. Campers must be at least 3 years of age as of August 31, 2025 and toilet trained to participate.

Each day campers will engage in stories relevant to our daily theme, trek around the garden on nature hunts and hikes, create nature-inspired art and enjoy nature games. Children will imagine and explore as they learn more about the earth, trees, bugs, ponds, birds & frogs.

12:00 - 12:30 Pick-up

Please provide healthy, nut-free snacks for your camper each day.

Limited to 20 campers per session.

$185/members
$225/non-members

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made 14 days or more before trips or camps and 7 days before events, tours and programs will receive a full refund minus a 10% cancellation fee. You may also choose to donate your registration fee to Wing Haven and receive a tax-deductible receipt. Refunds are processed within 5 business days. To request a refund, please contact us at events@winghavengardens.org, call 704.331.0664 x101.

If Wing Haven cancels an event, we will notify you by email and offer options to reschedule, receive a full refund, or convert your payment to a donation. Cancellations made less than deadlines stated are non-refundable unless your spot can be filled from a waitlist. Please see specific exceptions noted in event or program descriptions.
