With the garden as a backdrop and the sounds of nature as your inspiration, join Shari Deitchman in the garden for Qigong (pronounced “chi gong”).
Qigong is an excellent way to live a healthy life with a peaceful mind and spirit. The postures and movements teach the ability to sense, direct, and cultivate more energy. Many people become fitter, more flexible, and better balanced with a regular Qigong practice.
Register in advance, space is limited. Please submit the one-time waiver, which applies to any future Qigong in the Garden registrations, as well.
Registration includes garden admission.
