  • Private catered dinner and cocktails for eight at Wing Haven

    The gardens will be yours to stroll as if you were a guest of the Clarksons. Passed hor d’oeuvres and a three-course dinner prepared by Fred the Butler will be served in the main garden with champagne and wine pairing. Dinner will be enjoyed at an elegantly appointed table. The winning party will be able to choose from a selection of hor d’oeuvres, salads, main course, and dessert. Wine pairings will be chosen based on the menu by winestore. Dates will be agreed upon by the winning party and Wing Haven staff. Holidays and Wing Haven special event dates are not available. These can be seen on the website master calendar. Rain moves the party to the Clarksons' dining room, does not cancel.

  • An original ceramic art collection made for Wing Haven by Xima Lee Hulings

    Plant materials that reminded Xima of a garden oasis lead to this special collection for the Centennial Celebration. These one-of-a-kind art pieces were not made on a wheel, but rather are hand-built items embellished with plants she captured in plaster and applied to the surface. Estimated value $317

  • No, winners need not be present to win. Will be notified by email or phone by five days if not in attendance.

  • No, raffle purchases are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions/donations. Proceeds benefit Wing Haven’s gardens and education programs.

Raffle Rules

  • Raffle sales available now online or in person at Wing Haven

  • Raffle chances are $100 each.

  • Participants must be at least 18 years old and residents of United States of America

  • Online raffle sale ends Friday, October 23, 2026 at 5 p.m.

  • Dinner guests will have an opportunity to purchase chances in person through 7 p.m. October 24, 2026.

  • Drawing to be held on during the Centennial Dinner on October 24 at 8:15 p.m.

  • Winners will be chosen by a random selection.

  • Winners need not be present to win.

  • Raffle purchases are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions.

  • Winners are responsible for all applicable local, state, and federal taxes.

  • Prizes valued over $600 may require IRS Form W-2G reporting, and winners must provide a valid Social Security Number before prizes can be awarded.

  • Prizes are drawn separately; limit one prize per person or household.

  • Winners will be contacted via phone, email and/or mailing address provided at the time of registration within 5 days of drawing.

  • All prizes are offered “as is” at time of drawing.

  • Any personal and contact information provided will be confidential.
