Catch a glimpse of the philosophy and writings of the renowned garden writer Elizabeth Lawrence as you peruse her garden with the garden curator. This small but plentiful garden contains over 1500 taxa. Michael will share details on what’s blooming during your time in the garden.
Elizabeth Lawrence once remarked, “You have not seen my garden… you have only seen it today,” when a visitor once excitedly stated that “she could tell her gardening friends she’d seen the famous Elizabeth Lawrence’s garden”. In essence, you must visit often to see all that this small, beautiful space has to offer.
