Speaker: Kathleen McIntyre
We often wander through gardens and wild places, admiring their beauty yet remaining detached from our own felt experience within them. But what shifts when we bring our whole selves—body, mind, and spirit—into that relationship? Drawing from The Nature Reset and her TEDx talk on healing the disconnection so many feel in modern life, Kathleen McIntyre offers practices and insights that invite us to slow down, listen deeply, and rediscover the profound reciprocity between self and Earth. This talk explores how somatic awareness and nature-based mindfulness can restore inner clarity, vitality, and joy in a world that so often pulls us away from ourselves.
