Catherine Goodman Farley, PT, MPT is a practicing physical therapist with over 27 years of clinical experience. She has experienced first hand the tremendous benefit of nature in our lives after a season laden with brain health challenges in her early 40’s and now shares her story as well as countless resources through her writing, coaching, workshops and speaking engagements. In all four of her published books, there is a foundational focus on the importance of nature in our lives.
Catherine is a native of the Tar Heel state and has called Charlotte home for 27 years. She is married, has 3 “almost" grown children, an elderly lab and loves to swim, bike on the greenway and garden. Her most memorable encounter in nature was being present while a momma sea turtle laid her nest.
