Symposium - Alizé Carrère: A Life Adapted - How We Change as the Planet Changes (Grades 9-12)

Join Alizé to hear stories from her travels around the world looking at innovative human adaptations to environmental change. She will present three case studies on her work, including a short film on the floating gardens of Bangladesh, followed by a stroll through Wing Haven Garden & Bird Sanctuary and SEED Wildlife Garden. Together, we’ll examine global and local biodiversity, human resourcefulness and the importance of remaining an adaptable species in the face of global change. This program is offered to area high school youth, grades 9-12.
